Warm Up:
Row 1000m
Foam Roll legs
15 Burpees 


Suggested WOD: (or make up your own!)
AMRAP in 15 Min 
3 Box Jump Overs (24/20")
3 Deadlifts (225/155#)
6 Box Jump Overs
6 Deadlifts 
9 Box Jump Overs 
9 Deadlifts 
...add 3 reps each round :) 
*Jump up on box and must get off on opposite side
