Remember to listen to your body, rest days, active recovery days, lifting days, are all something that get mixed into a week. Not every day will be 110%, the goal is to get in here and move regardless of what your head tells you!

100ft Broad Jumps
20 Slam Balls (20/15#)
100ft Front Rack Walking Lunges (DB's 30/20#)
