 Tomorrow 8am... BYOP (bring your own pumpkin) and let's have a fun workout! 

Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
1 Min Plank hold 
200m Run 
100 Single Jumps (w/ Jump rope)


WOD:
OPEN GYM FRIDAY'S! 
1. Practice a lift or make up one you missed this week, Tuesday was good!

2. Run a 5k.... throw those headphones in and get OUTA HERE! 

3. Create your own WOD using man makers and handstand push up??? Possibilities are ENDLESS!
