Since it's supposed to be 100 degrees today... let's shy away from the
cardio... and lift instead!
Warm Up:
10 Slam Balls (15/10#)
15 Sit Up
10 Shoulder Press (45/35#)
WOD:
2 Options:
1. CrossFit Total
1 Rep Max of:
Back Squat-Shoulder Press-Deadlift
**add all 3 max lifts together to get CF Total
OR....
2. 50 Back Squats
50 Shoulder Press
50 Deadlifts
**break them into sets, you pick the weights
