and great Thanksgiving! 
November is coming to a end... make sure to get back to a routine before X-mas arrives! 

Warm Up:
800m Jog

10 Air Squats (Hold plate out front 15/10#)
15 Sit Ups 
10 Burpees 


Lift:
Clean and Jerk 
10-8-5-3-1-1-1 
*Max if ya can

WOD:
3 Rounds for time of:
100FT Walking Lunges 
50 Air Squats 
50 Back Ext
