6: Buprees
7: Wall Balls (20/14#)
8: Walking Lunges (each leg)
9: Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
10: Floor Wipers (hold 45/25# plate)
11: Double Unders
12: Man Makers (30/20# DB's)
**This workout is done to the tune "12 Days of Christmas" so 1.... 2,1...3,2,1....4,3,2,1...5,4,3,2,1 so on and so on! It's busy and fun so wear your best Holiday Apparel and don't forget your socks!
