Lift:
Shoulder Press

**remember shoulder press is strict! Warm up first then hit the sets of 5

WOD:
3 Rounds for time of:
Run 800m
21 Thrusters (Dumbbell 30/20#)
12 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
**25 Min cap.
