Burpee Challenge! 
50 Burpees a day this week... and we are DONE! 

Warm Up:
Row 1000m

10 OH Squats (pvc)
15 Sit Ups 
10 Push Ups 

WOD:
Just so everyone gets their 50 Burpees done today :)

50 Box jump, 24/20 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 53/35#
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45/35#
50 Back extensions
50 Wall balls 20/14
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
**your choice backwards or forwards... 40 Min cap... 
Goal is under 30min!
