What a AWESOME weekend! We finished a 3 week Burpee Challenge...
AND ... tackled our first Spartan Sprint! WOO HOO! 
Bet your are still finding mud in places 😜

Warm Up:
2 Rounds for time:
Row 400m
12 Air Squats 
15 Sit Ups 
5 Strict Pull Ups (get a band if needed)


Strength:
Hang Power Cleans 
3-3-3-3
Hang Squat Cleans 
3-3-3-3 

WOD:
AMRAP in 15 Min:
20 Wall Balls (20/14#)
10 Deadlifts (185/135#)
30 Double Unders
