Already Day 3 of 2018.. Did you make it to the gym yesterday?? 
Have a friend gripping about their "New Year's Resolution" to get fit... 
Bring them with you to a class to try Recoil! 

Warm Up:
Row 800m
2 Rounds 
16 Walking Lunges 
1 Min Plank Hold 
30 Sec Left Side Hold 
30 Sec Right Side Hold 


Skill:
Ring Push Ups 
10-10-10-10 

WOD: 
Bear Complex (not timed, score will be the final weight you are able to complete) 
5-5-5-5-5  
Power Clean-Front Squat-Push Press-Back Squat-Push Press 


 *First set of 5 complete with empty bar, then climb up. hands can't leave the bar once you start the set of 5 :) 

**What's your goal for 2018?? Practicing a skill like strict push ups or muscle ups everyday or even every other day will get your goal crushed in no time at all! Set the bar high!
