Are you ready... the CrossFit OPEN 2018 is coming! In preparation, Friday's we will
still have open gym but list a Open workout from the past for you to try if ya like!
Registration starts January 11th and the Open Starts Feb 22..

Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
Run 200m
10 Toes to Rings... Oh Boy 
10 Plank to push Up 


Skill:
Ring Dips 
10-10-10-10
Bench Press (dumbbells)
10-10-10-10
*alternate between the two skills 


WOD:
AMRAP in 16 min 
5 Power Cleans (95/65#)
10 Toes to Bar 
15 Wall Balls (20/14#)
