We are on day 3 of our push up Challenge!
Remember you can do any form you like (plyo/ring/negative)
Warm Up:
2 Rounds
Run 400m
10 Burpees
10 Push Ups
10 Pistols
WOD:
Friday's are Open gym! However... here's a little workout you can try!
Dave Castro (big wig at CrossFit) said that the workout CrossFit main pages posted Thursday,
"feels like a Open workout!" So let's give it a whirl!
Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 min of:
3 Deadlifts (225/185#)
7 Push Press (115/75#)
**I'd go unbroken on each movement if I were you 😉
**Other options are to makeup a workout your missed this week.. or create your own. If you are doing the 5 min AMRAP you will run a mile before and after the workout... no sprints... but it is only 5 min for goodness sake :) Have fun!
