Nikki will see you at 7am for running club! 3 miles (kevin)
Then... this workout at 8am! Show up... it's going to be FUN!


For Time:
2 Rounds 
(you each farmer carry twice and burpee twice)
Partner 1: Farmer Carry 200ft (bars or kbs heavy)
Partner 2: Does as many Burpees as possible
 Then switch 

Rest 2 Min 

2 Rounds (you each run twice & man maker twice) 
Partner 1: Runs 400m
Partner 2: As many man Makers as possible (30/20#)
Then switch 

Rest 2 Min 

2 Rounds 
Partner 1: Bear Crawl 300ft 
Partner 2: As many Sledge Hammer Strikes as possible 
Then switch 

**Score is total reps completed while partners are working :)
