Single Arm Farmer Carry's were super fun! 
We are excited to have some new members bouncing around Recoil
make sure to introduce yourself... we are all about family...you remember your first week here :) 

Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
Row 400m
10 Burpees 
16 Lunges 
10 Pistols 


Strength:
Clean and Jerk! 
5-5-3-3-1-1 you may be able to clean it... but can you jerk it?? 


WOD:
For Time:
50 DB Snatches (50/35#)
40 Plate Hop Burpees (25/15#)
30 Air Squats 
20 Push Ups 
10 Pull Ups 
**EMOM 8 Russian twist with burpee plate! 
*this workout should be done under 15 min!
