Happy Memorial Day! 


Here we go.... MEMORIAL DAY MURPH! 

Two heat times... RX peeps starting 7:30am (go at 7:45)


Second Heat 8am... (go at 8:15) 


Let's do this! 


For time:
Run 1 Mile
100 Pull ups 
200 Push ups 
300 Air Squats 
Run 1 Mile
**Got a weighted vest... throw it on! 
Workout can be broken up into 5 Pull ups/10 Push ups/ 15 Air Squats (20 Rounds)
