Snatch Ladder (Power Snatches)
45 Sec at each station for Max Reps 15 sec transition time 
Men: 65/75/85/95
Women: 35/45/55/65 


WOD:
Bear Complex 
5-5-5-5
1 Rep= Power Clean-Front Squat-Push Press-Back Squat-Push Press
