Warm Up:
Row 800m
2 Rounds 
20 Walking Lunges 
30 Russian Twist (slam ball 15/10#)
10 Shoulder Press (45/35#)


Strength:
Clean and Jerk
10-8-5-3-3 
**This is not a 3 rep max... 
just get warmed up and a little  heavier than the workout if you can


WOD:
8- 1:30 second Rounds 
25 Air Squats 
Max Reps Clean and Jerks (135/95#)
* 1:30 rest between rounds
