10 Thrusters (95/65#)
200m Row Sprint 
Remaining time: Max Reps Thrusters 

**You will get 2 Min Rest between each round .. your score will be how many extra thrusters you can get after your 200m sprint! 

**Join us Saturday as we run/bike/skate to Schooner or Later for Breakfast! Bring the fam and come celebrate Laura's bday! There will be kids in strollers and hopefully a wagon for someone to pull Nikki! 😎 Meet at Recoil 7:45am!
