Warm Up:
Run 800m

15 Air Squats 
15 Sit ups 
15 Burpees 


Strength:
Back Squats

WOD:
AMRAP in 20 min of:
30 Double Unders 
7 Toes To Bar 
7 DB Squats (50/35#)
7 DB Push Press 

**For Squats Hold DB's at shoulders... then you are ready for push press :)

No 6pm class on Wednesday so we can all go trick-or-treating! 
Remember to wear your costume on Halloween!
Best Costume will win a prize!
