No 6pm Class tomorrow so we can all go trick-or-treating!

Death by Power Cleans 
**Find a weight that is approx 70% of your 1 Rep Max
Min 1 = 1 Rep
Min 2 = 2 Reps
Min 3 = 3 Reps
Min 4 = 4 Reps  
... continue on until you can't get all the reps in.. 

Once you can't complete anymore cleans ... no rest ... 

Go run 800m 
50 Sit ups
