13 Push Ups
13 KB Swings (35/26#)
13 GHD Sit Ups
Lift:
Squat Snatch
10-8-5-5-5
**Warm up with PVC
WOD:
Single-dumbbell overhead squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps
Bench press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
5 attempts at a max set of triple-unders (or double unders if you aren't good at them)
