Yoga/Mobility was a HIT last week! 
Let's make it a full class again 
tomorrow 4pm to stretch out! 

Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
Run 400m
10 Calories on Bike 
12 Burpees Broad Jumps 



Skill:
2 Rounds 
10 Toes to bar 
10 Chest To Bar Pull Ups 
5 Bar Muscle Ups 




WOD:
Bear Complex
5-5-5-5-5

Bear Complex= Power clean-front squat-push press- back squat- push press equals 1 rep 
Can't put bar down until all 5 reps are done
