Happy Friday! 


Warm Up:
Run 1 Mile
10 Leg Swings Each Leg
10 OH Squats (PVC)
20 Sit ups 




WOD:
On Monday Kelli Tried a workout... give it a whirl if you like :) It was created by a an American hero we lost, he was training to climb Mt. Aconcagua! The picture is from Dave Castro's insta... they were friends and he did it in his memory! 

For Time with a 45# pack or vest on
1000 Step Ups (20" box) 
**Just wear a weighted vest 

**It is still open gym! That workout is suggestion, you can create your own workout or make up one you missed from this week! 

**Lifting, running, and skill work are all options too! Have fun!
