6 Knee to Elbow-toe to bar-pull up
10 Push Ups 
**on the k2e-t2b-pu must complete all three movements before dropping off the bar

Back Squats 

18-15-12-9-6-3 Reps for time of:
Thrusters (75/55#)
Power Snatch 
Toes to Bar
