Happy New Year!!!
Todays Class schedule below! 
2019 is going to be a great year! To kick things off we are going to start a burpee challenge!
Today thru Sunday let's do 20 burpees a day! 
Monday we will start 30 a day! 
Who's in???

Warm Up:
Run 800m
2 Rounds 
20 Mountain Climbers 
10 Squat Jumps
10 Burpees 


Strength:
Deadlifts 
just lift.. not super heavy 
10-8-8-5-5

WOD:
AMRAP in 12 min of:
1 strict pull up 2 push ups 3 squats 
2 strict pull ups 4 push ups 6 squats 
3 strict pull ups 6 push ups 9 squats 
4 strict pull ups 8 push ups 12 squats 
so on until we hit 12 min! 
**do as many strict as you can then add a band to continue strict. No kipping :)
