Warm Up:
Run 800m
2 Rounds 
16 Walking Lunges 
30 Second Squat Hold 
15 Sit Ups 


Strength:
Clean & Jerks 
8-5-3-3-2 


WOD:
Lifting Day 
EMOM until failure 
Starting weight (45/35#)
2 Power Snatches (adding 10lbs each minute)
when you hit your max, switch to...
2 Power Cleans (adding 10lbs each minute) 
when you hit your PC Max, Switch to..
2 Deadlifts (adding 20 Lbs each minute) 
**Score will be max weight at Snatch, Power Clean, and Deadlift)
