Yoga/Mobility 4pm

Warm Up:

12 Air Squats (hold 15/10# plate out in front of chest)

Strength:

WOD:
Fight Gone Bad... Kinda 
3 Rounds with 1 min rest after each round 
1 Min Max Reps at each station

Walking Lunges (2=1)
Push Ups 
Box Jumps (24/20")
Sit Ups 
Burpees 
*Rest 1 Min
