This month we are going to work on Handstands, Handstand Push Ups, 
and handstand walks!! 
Warm Up:
Run 400m
EMOM for 5 Min 
6 Push Ups 
6 Burpees 


Skill:
Handstand Push ups 
5-5-5-5 
** if you are good at these, try strict, or negatives, or deficit, or paralettes! 


WOD:
AMRAP in 14 min of:
1 Clean and Jerk (DB's 40/25) 
1 Burpee
2 Clean and Jerk 
2 Burpees 
3 Clean and Jerk 
3 Burpees 
4
4...
as far as you can go in 14 min :) Score will be round you got to!
