This week has been a touch cooler and we love it! 

Warm Up:
Run 400m
EMOM for 5 Min 
10 Sit Ups 
5 Burpees 


Skill:
Planks off Boxes! 
2 Rounds 
45 Sec Push Up position toes on 20" box 
30 Sec Left arm straight to floor (Feet stacked on box) 
30 Sec Right arm straight to floor 
**in between rounds 5 strict Pull Ups 


WOD:
AMRAP in 16 min of:
2 Hang Power Snatch (45/30#) db’s
2 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20")
4 Hang Power Snatch 
4 Burpee Box Jumps 
6 Hang Power snatch 
6 Burpees box Jumps 
8,8,10,10,12,12,14,14 increase by 2 until time ends!
