Last Day of September! 
We are checking our Squat Snatch Max today... 
October will bring us.... BURPEES!! 
We will be doing a burpee challenge 1-31 for the Month of Oct! 
Time to get ready for those holiday treats! 

Warm Up:
Run 800m
2 Rounds 
10 Burpees 
10 Squat Snatch (pvc)

Strength:

WOD:
3 Rounds for time of:
50 Double Unders
10 Hang Squat Cleans (95/65#)
20 Wall Balls (20/14#)
10 Burpees
