app when you arrive! That way you can log your scores!

Warm Up:

Strength:
Clean Pulls + Squat Clean!

**2 clean pulls from floor then 1 squat cleans equals 1 rep! 


WOD:
21-15-9 reps for time of:
Box Jumps 
Pull Ups 
Clean and Jerks
