Warm Up:
20 Calories on each cardio machine
**8 burpees between each machine! 


Strength:
A. 3x8 Back Squats (80% of 1rm)

B. 3x6 Snatch Pull from hang position 

C. Establish 1 Rep Max Power Snatch 
5-3-3-1-1


WOD:

2 Rounds 
Max reps in 1 min of:
Min 1: Should Press (45/35# BB)
Min 2: Push Ups 
Min 3: Burpees 
Min 4: Rest 
**Score is total reps combined for both rounds
