2. Kneeling Single Arm Shoulder Press 
10-8-8-8 (each arm)

3.  Single Arm OH Walking Lunges
3x20 

4.  4 Rounds 
Walk to EOB and Back 
1 arm overhead 1 arm front rack position with DB's
