WOD:
1. 5x5 Strict Pull Ups

2. 5x8 Overhead Squats (form form form)

3. 5x8 (per arm) KB Windmill

4. 5x8 (per arm) Single Arm KB Press

5. 5x8 Single Arm KB Squat
