20 Calorie Ski or Bike 

30 Walking Lunges 

40 Mountain Climbers 


Strength! (remember the more reps you do, the stronger you get!) 

1. Clean and Jerk

2. Back Squats

*2 second pause in bottom position!

3. Hang Power Clean (pause at kneecap level)
