Warm Up:
2 Rounds
Row 300m  
5 Knee To Elbow 
10 10 Squat Jumps 
15 Double unders 

As many Reps as Possible in 20 min :) 
100ft Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge (35/25#)
100 Double Unders 
50 Wall Balls (20/14#)
10 Rope Climbs 
50 Wall Balls 
100 Double Unders 
100ft Walking Lunge 
**If you put the dumbbell down anytime during lunges take 2 steps back
*If you get thru it, your score is your time :)

**Memorial Day Details: Recoil opens at 7:30am, first round of Murph will be 7:50am second round will start 8:20am. There will be a 75 min cap for the WOD. Pot Luck sign up sheet is on white board, Pool Party at Jerry and Nikki's house 12pm, we will provide pizza,
