We have 2 teams competing at CrossFit Insanity in Irvine! Competition starts at 8am so go check it out!!! We will be closed Saturday so we can go support the boys!

**July is filled with so many wonderful Birthdays! Yesterday was my "Future mother in Law" Sandy's, today is my Mom's and tomorrow is Jerry'! What a big weekend!
