Warm Up:
Rowing Over/Under
4 Rounds
150m Rowing Sprints
(sprint.. anything over or under 150m you pay in burpees immediately)
Skill:
3 Rounds
3 Wall Climbs (slowly up and all the way down... no sliding down)
5 HSPU
WOD:
AMRAP in 20min
Run 200m
12 Pull Ups
8 Man Makers (30/20#)
