The CrossFit Open is coming! 
Feb 22 it kicks off with one workout a week to get people in for the Games! 
Want to see how you stand against the world.... Register and complete the Open workouts! 

Warm Up:
Rowing Over/Under 
4 Rounds 
150m Rowing Sprints 
 (sprint.. anything over or under 150m you pay in burpees immediately)

Skill:
3 Rounds 
3 Wall Climbs (slowly up and all the way down... no sliding down)
5 HSPU 


WOD:
AMRAP in 20min 
Run 200m
12 Pull Ups 
8 Man Makers (30/20#)
